Located in Singapore this two storey modern minimalist house brings sheer of white. Given the current condition of globalization, the architectural design is slowly leaning toward a form of universality. This house much more influence by present economy of branded and iconic architecture, a culture that promotes blatant consumption of images and appropriation en masse. Dlab has created a design which is relevant to the place, relevant in cultural, context and it’s live-able. Dlabs has said that “DLab’s projects are linked to one another not by their architectural expression, but through a consistent and natural evolution process that allows multivalent issues and factors to shape the design”. Most of the interior of Margoliouth House never separated from wood existence and white colors which makes it more spacious. This process results in rich and unexpected experiences that resonate with the site and context.
